The Challenge
Noir Haus had no online presence beyond Instagram. The gallery owner needed two things: a public site that felt like walking through the gallery itself, immersive, dramatic, focused entirely on the art, and a management dashboard to track visitor flow, schedule private viewings, manage artwork inventory, and monitor revenue. Traditional gallery websites with thumbnail grids felt generic, and she was managing appointments via email and tracking sales in spreadsheets.
The Approach
I designed a dual-experience platform. The public site is a single-page immersive experience: a 3D wave-based gallery where artwork scrolls through depth with parallax and lighting effects, a spotlight exhibition section with animated light sweeps, an interactive floor-plan map, and mouse-reactive particle backgrounds. For the backend, I built a gallery owner dashboard with real-time visitor analytics, appointment scheduling with status tracking, artwork inventory management (available/sold/on loan), and revenue breakdown by source. Paint-wash hover effects on buttons reinforce the artistic identity throughout.
